1. Where are they located?
We are a digital store based in Madrid, Spain. Our business model is 100% online.
2. Where are the products shipped from?
All orders are prepared and shipped from Spain using trusted national carriers.
3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated delivery times within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) are:
- Standard Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days

4. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an automatic email with the tracking number and a link to track it in real time.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed and paid for, it automatically enters processing. We cannot guarantee cancellation. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@wowarod.com and we will do our best to help you.
6. Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes. You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

7. What do I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Please follow these steps:
- Please email us at customerservice@wowarod.com within 3 calendar days of receipt.
- Attach clear photos and a video showing the defect.
- Our team will evaluate your case and advise you on the next steps based on current policy.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna (where available)
❌ PayPal is not active at the moment.
9. Do the products have a warranty?
Yes. All products come with a legal warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
- The client must contact us with clear photos and video.
- A return of the product may be requested (shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise determined after evaluation).
- Once the case is validated, we will send a replacement if appropriate.
The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or natural wear and tear. The deadline to report a defect is 30 calendar days from receipt.
10. To which areas do you ship?
We currently ship only to:
- ✅ The entire Peninsula
- ✅ Balearic Islands
- ❌ Not available: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
11. Do you have discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes. For wholesale purchases or special projects, please email us at comercial@wowarod.com and we will evaluate your request.
12. Can I choose the color of the product?
Yes. Available colors and models appear on the product page. If a color is out of stock, it cannot be selected.
13. My order shows as delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
If your order appears as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors, the doorman, or reception.
- Please allow 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark as delivered before actual delivery).
