Returns & Refunds Policy
How to handle a return at WOWAROD: time limits, conditions, exclusions, handling of defective products, and the EU right of withdrawal.

1 Introduction
At WOWAROD we aim for a transparent shopping experience. Below we detail the process and conditions to request a return and, where applicable, the corresponding refund.
2 Return window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return, provided the product meets the stated conditions.
3 Conditions for returns
The product must:
- Be unused and in perfect condition.
 - Include original packaging, accessories and tags.
 - Be shipped protected to avoid damage in transit.
 
4 Items not accepted
- Custom or made-to-order products.
 - Opened personal-use items (hygiene).
 - Used products or without original packaging.
 - Clearance/sale items where indicated on the product page.
 
We do not accept change-of-mind returns outside the EU right of withdrawal (see section 7).
5 Defective or damaged products
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 3 calendar days from delivery:
- Email customerservice@wowarod.com.
 - Attach clear photos and a short video of the issue.
 - We’ll reply with instructions if a return/replacement applies.
 
Important: do not send the product before receiving our confirmation and the official return address. Use tracked shipping and keep the receipt.
6 Refunds
After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- If approved, we will refund to the original payment method.
 - It may take 5–10 business days depending on your institution.
 - We do not refund the return shipping cost unless a defect is confirmed.
 
EU rules: we may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or proof of return shipment. The refund includes, where applicable, the standard outbound shipping paid at purchase; express shipping supplements are non-refundable.
Depreciation may apply if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning.
7 Right of withdrawal (EU)
If you reside in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU.
This right:
- Applies to online purchases within the EU.
 - Includes the product price and standard outbound shipping.
 - Does not include the return shipping cost, unless a defect is confirmed.
 - You must notify us within 14 days and return within another 14.
 - Request the form at customerservice@wowarod.com.
 
8 Return costs and logistics
- The customer covers the return shipping (unless defective).
 - Use tracking and keep the proof of postage.
 - Pack securely to prevent damage.
