🗓 Return Window

You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, as long as the product meets the conditions listed below.

✅ Conditions for Returning a Product

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories and tags.

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Personal or intimate use products.
  • Opened or used items, or those not in original packaging.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.

🚫 No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

If you reside in the European Union, your right of withdrawal applies as per Directive 2011/83/EU (see below).

🛠 Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at customerservice@wowarod.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
  2. Attach clear photos and a video showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your case and, if approved, provide further instructions.

Important:
Do not send anything back until we confirm and approve your return request.
Once approved, we will send you the official return address by email and provide return instructions.
We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the receipt.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost or lack proof of delivery.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you paid for the return shipping, that amount will not be refunded, unless the product was confirmed to be defective.

🇪🇺 Information for EU Customers

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

This right:

  • Applies only to online purchases.
  • Includes a refund of the product price and, if applicable, the standard shipping cost paid at checkout.
  • Does not include the cost of return shipping, which is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
