1 General information

These Terms govern access to, browsing and use of www.wowarod.com (the “Site”), as well as the purchase conditions for products and services offered. The Site is operated by WOWAROD (“we”). By accessing or purchasing, you accept these Terms and the referenced policies.

We may update these Terms without prior notice. Using the Site after a modification implies acceptance of the current version.

2 Online store terms

You declare that you are of legal age (or have legal authorisation from your guardians). You must not use the Site for unlawful purposes or to infringe rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy, data, etc.). Breach may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

3 General conditions

We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Your content (except payment data) may be transmitted unencrypted to adapt to technical requirements; payment information is always transmitted encrypted via secure protocols.

Reproduction, duplication, sale or exploitation of any part of the Site without prior written authorisation from WOWAROD is prohibited.

4 Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

Site information is for general reference and does not constitute professional advice. We strive to keep it updated, but do not guarantee its completeness or currency. We may modify content at any time, except where legally required to update.

5 Service and price changes

Prices may change without prior notice. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time. We will not be liable to you or third parties for such changes.

6 Products or services

Some products/services may be available only online and in limited quantities, with specific warranty and return conditions (see Returns & Refunds).

We display images and colours as accurately as possible, but display may vary by device. We may limit sales by person/country/order, limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

7 Availability, stock origin and timelines

Availability and delivery time depend on the stock origin shown on each product page (PDP):

• Essentials (ES stock): dispatch 48–72 h from Madrid; estimated delivery 24–48 h from dispatch.
• Featured/Launches: dispatch from international operators; estimated delivery 5–10/12 days.
• Partial shipments: we may split the order to avoid delaying available items.

Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors. The timeline shown on the PDP prevails over any generic mention.

8 Billing and account information

We may refuse orders or limit/cancel quantities per person, household or order (same account, payment or addresses). You agree to provide current, complete and accurate data and to keep it updated (email, payment, expirations) so orders can be processed correctly.

9 Optional tools

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or control. Use them at your own risk, and review the providers’ terms before using.

10 Third-party links

The Site may contain third-party materials or links. We do not assess or guarantee their content and assume no responsibility. Any claim regarding third-party products or services must be addressed to the provider.

11 Comments and contributions

If you send comments, ideas or materials (“comments”), you agree that we may use, edit, publish and distribute them without restriction. We are not obliged to maintain confidentiality, compensate or respond. We may remove content we deem unlawful or offensive.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13 Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

There may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions (descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping or availability). We reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.

WOWAROD will not be liable for direct or indirect damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use of the Site or products purchased.

16 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WOWAROD, its officers, employees and agents harmless from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or infringement of rights or laws.

17 Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the unenforceable part shall be deemed severed, without affecting the remainder of the agreement.

18 Termination

These Terms apply until terminated by you or by WOWAROD. We may terminate the agreement if you breach any provision.

19 Entire agreement

These Terms and the policies published on the Site constitute the entire agreement between you and WOWAROD and supersede prior communications or agreements.

20 Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain), waiving any other jurisdiction.
